A Remote Administration Tool (RAT) is used to remotely connect and manage a single or multiple computers with a variety of software tools. It makes your PC Visible to other and the other person has full authority to use it. Its a real time application for desktop sharing over the internet free. In other way you can say that you can easily control another person PC while running your also.

It is used for such as:
Ø Screen/camera capture or image control
Ø File management (download/upload/execute/etc.)
Ø Shell control (from command prompt)
Ø Computer control (power off/on/log off if remote feature is supported)
Ø Registry management (query/add/delete/modify)
Ø Other software product-specific functions
Ø Its primary function is for one computer operator to gain access to remote PCs. One computer will run the “client” software application, while the other computer(s) operate as the “host(s)”.
Remote administration Tool is used for hacking purposes also.
